The trek is considered to be a moderate to strenuous hike, and takes about 7 to 9 days to complete, depending on the itinerary and the pace of the trekker. It is best to do the Langtang Valley Trek from March to May and from September to November, when the weather is favorable and the skies are clear for mountain views.
